1. Program Overview

The Eco Home Organization Intensive is a comprehensive online program designed to help participants transform their living spaces using sustainable and eco-friendly organizational methods. The program includes video lessons, downloadable resources, live Q&A sessions, and community support. The deadline for enrollment is approaching, and spaces are limited to ensure personalized attention for all participants.

2. Registration and Payment

By completing the registration process and submitting payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions. All payments must be made in full at the time of registration unless otherwise specified. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods as indicated on our payment page.

2.1 Enrollment Deadline

The enrollment deadline is strictly enforced to allow adequate preparation time for the intensive program. Late registrations may not be accepted. Please ensure you complete your registration before the published deadline date.

2.2 Payment Security

All payment transactions are processed through secure, encrypted payment gateways. Ecosteadbase does not store your complete credit card information on our servers.

3. Refund and Cancellation Policy

We are committed to your satisfaction with our program. However, due to the digital nature of our intensive course and the limited enrollment capacity, the following refund policy applies:

• Full Refund: Available if requested within 48 hours of registration and before accessing any course materials
• Partial Refund: 50% refund available within 7 days of registration if less than 25% of course materials have been accessed
• No Refund: After 7 days from registration or if more than 25% of course materials have been accessed
• Exceptional Circumstances: Requests for refunds due to medical emergencies or other exceptional circumstances will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All content provided in the Eco Home Organization Intensive, including but not limited to videos, worksheets, guides, templates, images, and text, is the intellectual property of Ecosteadbase and is protected by international copyright laws. Participants are granted a personal, non-transferable license to access and use the materials for their own personal use only.

4.1 Prohibited Uses

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material from our intensive program, except as follows:

• You may download and print materials for your personal, non-commercial use
• You may share your personal results and transformations on social media with proper attribution to Ecosteadbase

5. User Responsibilities

As a participant in our intensive program, you agree to:

1. Provide accurate and complete registration information
2. Maintain the confidentiality of your account login credentials
3. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
4. Participate respectfully in community forums and live sessions
5. Not share course materials with non-enrolled individuals
6. Take responsibility for implementing organizational changes safely in your home

6. Program Access and Technical Requirements

Access to the intensive program is provided through our online learning platform. You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary equipment and internet connection to access the course materials. Minimum technical requirements include a modern web browser, stable internet connection, and the ability to stream video content.

6.1 Access Duration

Participants will have access to all course materials for a period of 12 months from the program start date, unless otherwise specified. After this period, access may be extended at our discretion or upon payment of an extension fee.

7. Limitation of Liability

While we strive to provide valuable guidance and support, Ecosteadbase and its instructors are not liable for any damages, injuries, or losses that may occur as a result of implementing the organizational strategies taught in this program. Participants acknowledge that they are implementing these strategies at their own risk and should use common sense and caution when reorganizing their spaces.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

We are committed to protecting your privacy. Any personal information collected during registration and participation will be used solely for program administration, communication, and improvement of our services. We will not sell or share your personal information with third parties except as necessary to deliver the program or as required by law. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for detailed information.

9. Modifications to Terms

Ecosteadbase reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued participation in the program after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify participants of significant changes.

10. Program Changes

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the intensive program at any time. In the event of significant changes that materially affect the value of the program, enrolled participants will be notified and may be eligible for a prorated refund at our discretion.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms or the intensive program shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of İstanbul, Turkey.

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms and Conditions shall otherwise remain in full force and effect and enforceable.

14. Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and any other legal notices published on our website, constitute the entire agreement between you and Ecosteadbase concerning the Eco Home Organization Intensive program and supersede all prior agreements and understandings with respect to the same.
